Bulgarian Property Advisor is a Real Estate company with ethical values.

The need for this new company was provoked by insider knowledge of the Bulgarian Real Estate market. I have been working since 2004 and despite changing agencies I have at no time have I been satisfied with the work policies or ethics.

 A World in recession needs a clear eye to confront the market and there is room for change.
 
With the spring of 2011 in the air I, Todorka Bozukova- as owner and manager- have registered my new company” Bulgarian Property Advisor.”

The company’s aim is to be legal, loyal and precise and to offer an individualised service at all times. I will be working directly with you and by default, the self restricting size of the company, will provide a quality service.

At BPA the work will be divided between my husband and I.
My responsibility is working with you for viewing trips, negotiations and preparation of the documents required as part of the buying process.
My husband, Milen Bozukov, will work for the vendors specifically finding properties, checking the legalities of properties offered for sale and in the preparation of offers for the purchasers. By dividing the responsibilities our partnership will be playing to our individual strengths.

Currently we have succeeded in making both large and small deals which are of strategic importance both for Bulgaria and for our foreign investors

This has shown that it is of great importance to be competitive in the market place and  to respond well to demand.
In particular we undertake to offer all property and associated services at the current market price. Working directly with you I can quickly identify any area which might be suitable for cost cutting, without detrimental loss of service.

The most important activity of the company is to act as a professional mediator between the vendor and purchaser and to deal with the legal requirements that pertain to the Bulgarian Real Estate market.
 
You will only be shown properties that have been legally verified as available for sale. By this preparation we can dispense with disappointment to our clients and provide you with a real basis for comparison so that you can make an independent and educated choice.
 
We promise to support you throughout the whole purchasing process, supplying the necessary documents and making the purchasing of your property both swift and legal and in addition a pleasant experience.
