When you need to call any Bulgarian number from your mobile or landline in your country you have to first dial the code for Bulgaria which is 0359 (coloured in red), after that the code for the town or for the mobile operator. As in everywhere all over the world the 0 in front of the city code, comes in front of the code for the country.
So now for instance if you want to dial a landline telephone number in Varna (example our local number in Varna is 600 600 coloured in green) from an English landline or from an English mobile phone  you have to use the code 052 (colored in blue) but drop the 0 . So to phone us from other countries you would  dial: 0035952600600.
The same procedures apply to mobile numbers, but here instead of the code for the city you have to dial the code for the mobile service provider. At the present in Bulgaria there are 3 mobile providers, Mtel, Globul and Vivatel. If you want to dial any Bulgarian mobile number which you might have; for example 0896806707 from abroad, you have again  to drop the first  0 so to contact this mobile in Bulgaria you would dial: 00359 896806707.
